Today is the Day!

Sadly there are two places where we often try our best (or worst) to live… in the problems of the past or in the fear of the future.

Both are troublesome places to visit, worst to pitch camp there.

Isaiah 43:18-19 KJVS }Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. [19] Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

Matthew 6:34 KJVV [34] “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”

The Bible tells us that much better place to live in is the present.

Psalm 118:24 KJVS “This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

I pray you live your day, this day, in the present with much appreciation to God for the gift of today.
